Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to be the supportive force to support our senior leadership team. While being exceptionally organized, the ideal candidate must be independently motivated to solve problems, have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and handle customer inquiries professionally, in person & via phone Manage office services including filing, supply inventory Help with various administrative and office duties and special projects as assigned Organize, schedule, and prepare executive meetings and agendas Plan and coordinate corporate and customer events Arrange corporate travel and accommodations Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information and data Coordinate onsite office equipment requirements with IT consultants Record minutes and prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate correspondence including PowerPoint presentations and internal announcements in support of leadership objectives Prepare for meetings by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information in advance Coordinate executive schedules and calendars and appointments Prepare monthly expense reports and track payments for Leadership team Manage corporate social media and marketing responsibilities Other tasks as needed and/or assigned Skills and Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or combination of education and experience Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels within the organization Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls as/when needed Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency and autonomy Flexibility as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings Experience supporting Senior Teams Benefits Health benefits - including drug coverage, practitioner, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
