Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) specialized knowledge or dealership experience in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) vehicles is an asset but not required. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems across the CDJR lineup, including modern 4x4 systems, HEMI powertrains, and hybrid/EV architectures. Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair: Perform complex mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, and system diagnostics using wiTECH scan tools and official Chrysler repair procedures. Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance, brake services, suspension work, tune-ups, and provincial safety inspections to brand standards. Complex Systems: Overhaul and repair engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and advanced 4x4/AWD systems. Quality Assurance: Road-test vehicles to verify completed repairs and ensure customer safety. Documentation: Provide clear, accurate repair order write-ups, including parts needed and diagnostic steps taken. Qualifications & Requirements Active 310S Automotive Service Technician License in good standing. Proven experience working on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles and dealership experience considered an asset but not required. Proficiency with wiTECH 2.0 diagnostic software and Chrysler dealerconnect resources considered an asset but not required . High comfort level with advanced electrical troubleshooting, CAN bus systems, and modern vehicle network architecture. Proficiency and high aptitude with engine tear downs and replacements. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Own set of professional tools required for daily operations.
