The Building Operator is responsible for daily maintenance, cleaning, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of apartment buildings. They must also provide exceptional customer service to tenants and respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Candidates must have relevant post-secondary education and at least three years of experience with HVAC, BAS, and FAS in a Class A residential complex. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform manual labor tasks are also required.
