Job summary
We're looking for a people-focused, detail-loving, problem-solving Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario for an 18 month contract. Compensation: Starting at $60,000.00 annually, plus bonus. What You'll Be Doing You'll support a wide range of HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, health and safety, training, HR systems, employee communications, and process improvement. You'll work closely with managers across the business, help create a positive employee experience, and keep our HR operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What We're Looking For A recruitment pro who can confidently move candidates from application to offer. Experience supporting employee relations, leaves of absence, health and safety, and day-to-day HR operations. Comfortable providing guidance to managers and helping navigate the occasional tricky people situation. Someone who can switch seamlessly between interviewing candidates, answering a payroll question, coordinating onboarding, and drafting an employee letter. Experience working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records, because details matter. A curious learner who enjoys finding new ways to improve HR programs, processes, and the overall employee experience. Post-secondary education in Human Resources (or a related field) and approximately three years of HR experience. CHRP designation, or progress towards designation, is considered an asset.
