We're expanding our Wealth Management team and searching for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate for the position of a Licensed Associate, Wealth Solutions. Skyline Wealth Management, a division of the Skyline Group of Companies, is a premier wealth planning and investment firm that offers clients a best-in-class investor experience, and a comprehensive approach to unique alternative investment products and financial planning services. This full-time position will be located in Guelph or Oakville, ON. Compensation: Starting at $65,000.00 annually plus commission. The Associate, Wealth Solutions is responsible for acting as a point of contact for all inquires from Skyline Wealth Management investors and delivering an exceptional and consistent customer service experience. This position is primarily responsible for deepening the client relationship to maintain investor engagement and where applicable, support the Relationship Manager in identifying new business with existing investors, while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities. What we look for: Passion - for investment management, finance and economics. Knowledge - of exempt market investments and holistic financial planning. Experience - at least 2 years related investment management experience servicing high-net worth clients and offering financial advice. You also have the ability to problem solve effectively and plan independently. Personality - you're the individual with a great sense of humour that everyone wants to talk to! Not only do you know how to make a positive first impression, you know how to make it last. Communication - you can build and solidify investor relationships through regular and consistent communication via email, phone calls or in-person meetings. Engagement - you love the process of qualifying investors and taking them through the entire sales process from education and information to advice on investing. You know how to analyze each client’s financial status and discuss their financial options with ease. Diligence - you understand that being thorough is crucial and strong attention to detail is a must when tracking sales activities in Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools, like Salesforce. Education - a University Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance is preferred, and the ability to meet all regulatory requirements to be registered as a Dealing Representative for an Exempt Market Dealer. CSC required and CPH preferred. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of investment management experience and a University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance. Professional requirements include the CSC and the ability to be registered as a Dealing Representative for an Exempt Market Dealer.
