The StratonHunter Group is looking for a sharp, energetic Operations Manager who loves fixing puzzles and driving growth. This is a unique hybrid role: you will be a full-time employee of StratonHunter Group, spending 85% of your time embedded directly as the Acting Multi-Unit Operations Manager for our client. The other 15% of your time will be spent diving into specialized consulting projects and assessments for other StratonHunter clients. What You’ll Be Doing On-Site Leadership: Spend 4 days a week in-restaurant (4 locations in GTA), keeping your finger on the pulse of daily operations. Oversight of daily KPI’s, hiring, training and implementing new initiatives to grow the client’s profitability. Brand Champion: You will audit procedural gaps, elevate the guest experience, and build out killer training and hiring systems. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our operations and marketing teams to launch local store promotions that keep unit sales strong, steady, and beating expectations. Driving operational excellence, profitability, and franchisee success Developing and implementing operational strategies, systems, and best practices Data First Environment: Using data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve business performance Franchisee Support: Work with franchisees through coaching, problem-solving, and operational guidance Are You Our Perfect Match? You have proven experience in restaurant operations management, hospitality management, or multi-unit supervision. You are a numbers person who understands P&L statements, costs of goods (COGS), and labour scheduling. You have experience implementing restaurant inventory software (if you know MarketMan & 7 Shifts, that is a massive bonus). You love mentoring teams and creating easy-to-follow training manuals and SOPs. Language Asset: Speak Punjabi? That is a huge asset for this role and will help you connect seamlessly with various team members and stakeholders! You have a valid driver's license and a reliable ride to hop between GTA locations (Brampton, Mississauga & Vaughan) You are flexible enough to rock 2–3 weekend shifts per month during peak busy hours. The Perks Base salary of $90,000 per year. Discretionary performance-based bonus potential.
