If so, we are looking for a Family Customer Success Manager to help parents turn their household into a happy, peaceful, and thriving environment for their children. You'll be the bridge between families and our proven systems. You'll guide up to 60 families from first enrollment to lasting transformation, ensuring they experience real change in their homes. You'll keep them engaged and following through, bringing warmth and structure together so real change lasts. Read on for more The Role Deliver structured 30-minute coaching sessions aligned with the organization's playbook Guide parents through implementation of defined family systems with clarity and accountability Monitor progress, identify gaps, and address them directly Maintain strong session presence, emotional regulation, and professional boundaries Ensure timely, accurate documentation within CRM systems Protect client retention and guide clients toward additional programs when aligned with their goals This Is for You If... System-Driven: You thrive on running a proven playbook, not improvising your own. Owns the Portfolio: You lead your clients and their progress without being chased. Skills & Experience Must-Haves: 3 to 5+ years of professional coaching experience Proven experience managing a large client portfolio (this role supports up to 70 active clients) Comfortable coaching on camera, delivering live video or virtual sessions Comfort working within a defined system rather than improvising Excellent English skills (C2 level). Nice-to-Haves: ICF credential or coaching certification (preferred, not required) Mindset coaching certification (strong advantage) Experience at a recognized, high-level coaching organization (highly preferred) Sales experience, especially relationship-based / back-end sales (strongly preferred) Parenting or family coaching experience (strong plus) A parent with lived experience What We Offer Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, standard US business hours, 38 to 40 hours per week Compensation: $5,000/month base, plus structured performance-based compensation opportunities Growth: Join a coaching division being built from the ground up, with room to shape it as it scales Purpose: Be part of a mission-driven, high-energy movement that has already helped more than 200,000 families find more joy at home About Us We're a growing parenting education and personal development company.
