Job Description: We’re looking for a Store Investigations Supervisor to lead a team focused on reducing theft and fraud in our stores. You’ll train and support Store Investigators to help them succeed and work closely with Store Management and Analytics teams to improve strategies and use resources effectively. What You’ll Do: Lead and Support: Guide a team of Store Investigators in daily activities to prevent theft and fraud, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to be effective. Team Management: Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, payroll, and attendance, making sure the team is well-organized and productive. Training and Development: Train and develop Store Investigators, setting goals and expectations, reviewing performance, and creating development plans for each team member. Collaboration: Work with the Analytics Manager to allocate resources effectively and identify training opportunities. Partner with Store Management to gather feedback and improve Loss Prevention practices. Data Management: Ensure investigators maintain accurate records of apprehensions and external issues and share relevant intelligence with Loss Prevention partners and stores. Reporting: Generate monthly KPI reports to identify trends and provide insights to leadership and field Loss Prevention partners. About You: Experience: At least 5 years of investigation experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Licensing: A provincial security license is required in some provinces. Applicants must be licensed under applicable provincial laws before starting and must maintain the license if legally required. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, acting as a collaborative partner with senior management and positively influencing staff. Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and willingness to use relevant technologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Requirements
