Job Description: We are looking for a Home Office-based Manager of HR Business Partner, Supply Chain to play a strategic leadership role in shaping the future workforce across a dynamic Supply Chain network. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, labour relations strategy, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives that directly influence business performance. Exciting career paths with growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement to support your career progression. ​What You’ll Do:​ ​Provide strategic HR counsel on organizational design, talent, leadership capability, workforce planning, and HR programs to support business objectives across the distribution network. Contributes to the development and execution of a cohesive labor strategy across the distribution network; ensures alignment across facilities to mitigate labor relations risks and support operational continuity. Identifies and promotes innovative approaches to people management and labor relations that support business goals, ensure CBA compliance, and empower leaders to take on greater people leadership responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor on labour relations matters, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), labour risk mitigation, and maintaining positive union-management relationships across the network. Assess future talent needs (12 to 18 months ahead), develop talent strategies and ensure the organization has the right skills, capabilities, and leadership pipeline to meet evolving business demands. Lead change management efforts for major business and technology initiatives, partnering with leaders to plan, implement, and mitigate risks associated with organizational transformation. Set the department's talent strategy, establish objectives, coach, and mentor team members, build leadership capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance. What a​bout You:​ 7+ years of progressive HR, Labour Relations, Associate Relations, or related experience, including people leadership. Strong labour relations expertise and experience working within a unionized environment, preparing and participating in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce and organizational decisions. Demonstrated experience leading talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives. Strong project leadership, change management, and analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate workforce data into business recommendations.
