Help shape and lead TLC’s fundraising strategy with its fundraising committee, building a diversified mix of grants, monthly donors, major gifts, corporate partners, and campaigns. Use personal and professional networks to open doors and mentor volunteers leading grant and campaign efforts.

Serve as the board’s financial lead and chair the finance committee, working with the Executive Director on annual budgets and financial updates for board meetings. Develop a three-year budget, operating reserve, and financial controls, and explain financial information to donors and funders in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
