Job Summary As a Senior Client Services Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting advisors and clients through the ongoing administration of sophisticated insurance solutions. You will oversee all policy servicing and administrative activities, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and client care. This role is well suited for an experienced insurance professional who takes ownership, thrives on detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Policy Administration Manage the ongoing servicing and administration of life insurance policies for existing clients. Coordinate policy changes, beneficiary updates, ownership transfers, premium changes, withdrawals, and other policy-related transactions. Prepare, review, and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with carriers and professional partners to facilitate timely and accurate processing of service requests. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM and policy administration systems. Stay current on carrier procedures, product updates, and administrative requirements. Act as a technical resource for policy servicing and insurance administration matters. Advisor & Client Support Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors regarding policy servicing and administrative requests. Communicate professionally with clients regarding policy inquiries, service requests, and required documentation. Prepare client-facing correspondence, policy summaries, and service-related materials. Liaise with insurance carriers to coordinate policy servicing activities and resolve administrative issues. Deliver a responsive, high-touch service experience that reinforces long-term client relationships. Operations & Process Improvement Ensure all client files and transactions comply with carrier, regulatory, and internal standards. Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service processes, and operational efficiencies. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives that enhance the client experience. Support the ongoing documentation of procedures and best practices. Qualifications Experience & Certifications 10+ years of experience in life insurance policy administration, client service, insurance operations, or advisor support. Proven experience managing ongoing policy servicing and administrative requests within a life insurance, MGA, brokerage, carrier, or wealth management environment. Strong understanding of individual and corporate-owned life insurance policies and related servicing requirements. LLQP license is considered an asset. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and advisors is an asset. Skills Strong knowledge of life insurance products, policy administration processes, and carrier procedures. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Highly organized with strong follow-through and ownership of client requests. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to review documentation for accuracy and ensure compliance with internal and carrier requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
