Based in the Vancouver/Fraser Valley area, you will manage a defined territory, working across both on-premise and retail channels. This is a dynamic role for a wine professional who thrives in relationship-building, consultative selling, and achieving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within assigned territory, focusing on premium restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships Identify new business opportunities and maximize the potential of existing accounts Achieve sales targets and execute promotional programs to drive brand visibility and sell-through Provide staff training and in-store tastings to educate customers on our portfolio Maintain accurate sales records, account plans, and reporting Stay informed on wine industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities Represent The Wine Syndicate at trade events, tastings, and industry functions REQUIREMENTS What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in wine, beverage alcohol, or hospitality WSET Level 3 certification (preferred) or equivalent wine knowledge Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle COMPENSATION What We Offer Competitive base salary based on experience plus performance-based incentives Vehicle and expense allowance Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing professional development and WSET course support Opportunity to represent an exceptional portfolio of premium wines A collaborative and supportive team environment Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role to [email protected].
