Job summary
What we have to offer: Transparent fee split compensation model (60/40 in clinicians favour; increasing to 70/30 based on performance). This amounts to ~$96-$110 per session; dependent on the rate set by the clinician. Currently recruiting for in-person positions with hybrid possibilities. Work in an authentic, spiritually nurturing environment Administrative and marketing support Jane client management software PHIPA-compliant video platform G-Suite membership with accompanying productivity tools Steady incoming referrals Slow pace and self-care are encouraged; part-time availability is welcome. Who we're looking for: Post-graduate training in Couple's Counselling OR Post-graduate training in one or more of the following modalities IFS, EMDR, SEP, Sensorimotor, NARM, AEDP, EFT, etc. Actively interested in decolonizing therapy, collective liberation (anti-oppressive practice and abolitionism) & spirituality Queer, non-monogamy, kink, alternative spirituality and neurodivergence affirming Interest in working with teens or adults Passionate about systemic change and anti-oppressive practice Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth Interest in professional collaboration, peer support and community Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree with post-graduate training is welcome. Registration with a professional college in Ontario and permitted to engage in the controlled act of psychotherapy (ie. Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist...etc.). Other Assets (lovely to have but aren't necessary): Training and/or in-depth experience in a spiritual tradition or practice (e.g. priestess) Training in psychedelic assisted therapy Specialization in spiritual bypass, religious trauma, spiritual care Additional training in non-traditional methods of healing (e.g. yoga, astrology, ancestral healing, dream analysis, tarot) At least 1 year of experience providing therapy Training in culturally affirming practices Please note: We are invested in building a team that reflects the diversity of the clients we serve and strongly encourages applications from alternative spiritual backgrounds.
