Position: Python Automation Engineer Location: Canada - Remote Job Description/ Responsibilities: We are seeking a Temporal Automation Engineer with strong experience building workflow automation solutions using Temporal and Python. The engineer will support a strategic initiative focused on automating onboarding processes through AI-agent-driven capabilities across enterprise teams. Temporal will serve as the orchestration layer for coordinating complex, multi-step onboarding workflows across EA, EIP, EES, and other participating teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving design environment, partnering with architects, engineers, product owners, and delivery teams to define, build, test, and operate durable workflow automation. Experience with Golang is a plus. Key Responsibilities Design and develop durable workflow automation using Temporal and Python. Build Temporal workflows, activities, signals, queries, retries, timers, and error-handling patterns.
