Location:- Toronto (5 days office mandatory) Sr BSA with Zelle payments Exp-Toronto Overall – 10+ years and 5-7 yrs exp in Payment transfer JD:- We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Zelle payments to support strategic initiatives within the Securities and Payments domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of payment solutions and enhancements. Note: Strong Zelle knowledge is mandatory and is the primary requirement for this Senior BSA opportunity. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in banking, payments, or financial services. Mandatory: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Zelle payment processes, integrations, and transaction flows. Strong knowledge of payment systems and payment lifecycle management. Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system analysis. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Capital Markets, Securities, or Payment’s domains. Knowledge of end-to-end payment ecosystems and digital payment platforms. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations in payments. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities for payment transformation and integration initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Act as the liaison between business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders. Support solution design, impact analysis, gap analysis, and requirements traceability. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions. Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning, test case review, defect management, and validation. Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and payment industry standards.

Lead business analysis for payment transformation and integration initiatives, specifically focusing on Zelle payment processes. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications.

Requires over 10 years of overall experience with 5-7 years specifically in payment transfers and mandatory deep expertise in Zelle. Candidates must be proficient in Agile methodologies and have a strong background in banking or financial services.
