We are a fully remote team and have built a stable, long-term business serving the biotech industry. Role overview We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn specialist to own and drive engagement and growth on LinkedIn for our founder's profile and our company page. You will keep both consistently active, grow our audience, work the feed daily, and write posts that carry our voice. You will partner with our marketing and design teams to keep our presence sharp and on brand. This is a remote, part-time freelance/consultant engagement, starting at 6 to 10 hours per week with room to grow. Key responsibilities Keep the founder's personal profile and the company page consistently active and on calendar Grow the founder's network and the company's follower base Review the founder's feed daily and engage with the network through thoughtful comments and replies Write LinkedIn posts, about twice a week, that follow our content calendar and reflect our voice, using the framework and writing-style tools we provide Work with our design and content teams so every post meets our visual standard Help plan and organize webinars where relevant Qualifications and skills Demonstrated experience driving LinkedIn engagement and audience growth, ideally for a founder or executive Knowledge of or experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma, since our audience is scientific and investor-facing Strong writing skills and a feel for a distinct voice A hands-on operator who is comfortable working in the feed every day, not only setting strategy Self-directed and reliable in a remote, distributed team Nice to have Experience running LinkedIn ads Work arrangement US-based firm with team members across Europe and the Americas Part-time freelance/consultant engagement, 6 to 10 hours per week to start, with flexibility to grow Fully remote and flexible schedule, with reliable overlap and responsiveness during the work week

Requirements
