DESCRIPTION: We seek a Clinical Specialist to support growth through technical sales expertise and customer relationship management. Our Clinical Specialists are actively involved with Clinical Account activity, Strategic Sales Strategies, Business Development, Contract Implementation and Business Reviews. Working closely with sales teams and customers, you'll deliver effective value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide comprehensive application support. Your role is essential in helping customers advance their research and support laboratory medicine while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. REQUIREMENTS: Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) AND Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required 2 years + of sales or laboratory experience Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages as needed Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets SKILLS & ABILITIES: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software Strong project management and organizational capabilities Ability to travel 30-50% of time to customer sites and events Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization Self-directed with ability to work independently while supporting team objectives Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with scientific advances Compensation The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $67,000.00–$90,000.00.
