Overview The Assembler will be responsible for assembling Ruffneck™ & Norseman™ heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to electrical trollies Assembly and Enclosure Assembly. What You Will Do Assemble heaters with required parts as per work order Perform subassembly, including Enclosure Assembly. Work in a team environment Manage all products with appropriate care Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Key Characteristics, Competencies And Skills High regard for safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision i.e. self-motivated Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload Strong interpersonal skills Good listening skills, follow directions and follow through. Able to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment Able to quickly learn technical concepts and product applications Superior attention to detail and quality. Knowledge And Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Able to use hand tools Good hand and or eye coordination skills Able to lift 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Good knowledge of standard manufacturing processes.
