We are now looking to hire more dynamic employees to join our team. Main Responsibilities Complete account reconciliations on various general ledger and sub-ledger accounts. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Track and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments. Conduct collections activities and follow up on overdue invoices. Reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies. Prepare and review aging reports to identify outstanding balances. Keep accurate records of all financial transactions and communications. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries. Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements 1 years of relevant accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Required 2 to 3 years experience required within Canada.
