JOB DESCRIPTION : Do you enjoy turning ideas into tangible products? We are seeking a passionate Product Developer to contribute to the design and development of custom projects. Using SolidWorks, you will play a key role in bridging the design, production, and project management teams to deliver innovative, functional, and high-quality solutions. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : ​ Design and develop custom products using SolidWorks; Create technical drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation; Analyze client needs and propose appropriate solutions; Select materials, components, and finishes based on project requirements; Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure design feasibility; Prepare and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation; Support production activities and resolve manufacturing-related technical issues; Participate in design meetings and project follow-ups; Review and validate internal and external technical drawings; Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes; Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and project timelines; Provide technical support to sales, project management, and production teams. Profil QUALIFICATIONS : College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent); Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design or product development; Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving custom-made product development; Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks; Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawing interpretation; Manufacturing industry experience; Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy; Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
