Scrum Master – Intermediate We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile, Business Analysis, and DevOps experience to support an enterprise IT environment. • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. • Strong experience with Scrum methodology, backlog management, user stories, and Product Owner collaboration. • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong Business Analysis skills including requirements gathering, process modeling, BPMN, gap analysis, and process documentation. • Experience working with DevOps teams, bridging development and operations in a technical environment. • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Experience tracking Agile metrics such as Velocity and Burndown to improve team performance. • CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field required; Toronto-based candidates able to work 5 days onsite preferred.

Requirements

A related bachelor’s degree is required; an Agile certification is highly desirable, and Toronto-based candidates able to work onsite five days per week are preferred.
