Senior UX Designer Seeking a Senior UX Designer with strong experience designing web and mobile applications, focusing on intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. Strong hands-on experience with UX/UI design, user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user feedback analysis. Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools is required. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, and customer journey maps. Ability to lead UX projects, design workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and facilitate product vision with business users and clients. Strong experience managing end-to-end user research, from participant recruitment through research synthesis and translating findings into design solutions. Ability to identify UX/design problems, develop effective solutions, and iterate designs based on user testing and usability feedback. Strong understanding of web development technologies, responsive/multi-device design, and collaboration with developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders. Experience with accessibility, WCAG 2.1 AA, Ontario Design System, and Ontario Digital Service Standard is highly desirable. public-sector experience and experience handling complex legacy systems and stakeholder/approval environments are strong advantages.

Candidates should be able to lead UX projects, create design artifacts, collaborate across teams, and understand web technologies and responsive design; experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, Ontario design standards, public-sector work, and complex legacy systems is advantageous.
