Job summary
Thryve is looking for an experienced UGC Program Manager / Creator Partnerships Manager to fully own and run our creator-generated content engine. This is not an entry-level social media role, and it is not a “learn as you go” position. We are looking for someone who has already built, managed, or significantly scaled a successful UGC program before and can come in with a proven system. You will be responsible for building and managing Thryve’s full UGC pipeline: sourcing creators, negotiating rates, creating briefs, managing deliverables, reviewing content, organizing content libraries, tracking performance, and turning creator content into usable assets for paid ads, organic social, testimonials, campus marketing, and product education. The ideal candidate understands how to find creators who can make content that feels native, authentic, and high-converting. Responsibilities: Finding and recruiting high-quality UGC creators, student creators, micro-influencers, and campus voices. Creating clear creator briefs that lead to strong hooks, natural storytelling, product demos, testimonials, and ad-ready content. Managing creator communication, deadlines, revisions, approvals, and deliverables. Negotiating creator rates, packages, usage rights, and ongoing partnerships. Building a repeatable system for sourcing, testing, and retaining creators. Organizing UGC assets so the marketing team can easily use them for paid ads, landing pages, social media, email, and product campaigns. Tracking what content performs best and using that data to improve future creator briefs. Working closely with the Thryve team to turn product features, student pain points, and marketing angles into creator content. When reaching out, please include: A short summary of the UGC or creator programs you have managed. Examples of creator content or campaigns you directly managed or helped execute. The results you helped generate. How many creators you have managed at once. Your process for sourcing, briefing, managing, and evaluating creators. Any experience you have working with student audiences, education products, apps, SaaS, AI tools, or consumer startups. Applications without direct UGC program experience, examples of past campaigns, or measurable results will not be considered.
What you’ll do
The UGC Program Manager will be responsible for building and managing Thryve’s full UGC pipeline, including sourcing creators, negotiating rates, and managing deliverables. They will also track performance and turn creator content into usable assets for various marketing channels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing UGC programs and a proven system for sourcing and retaining creators. They should also have experience working with student audiences and education-related products.
