The RN Supervisor supervises and supports nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. They coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates must have a current RN license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Leadership experience and BLS certification are also required.
