Tikva Housing is a non-profit society which provides access to innovative and affordable housing solutions, primarily for Jewish individuals and families. We build strong, diverse and equitable communities across Metro Vancouver through the following: - Short-term rent subsidies to households living in market rental housing and those unable to afford rent due to a temporary crisis. - Acquire and operate affordable rental housing developments. - Provide long-term subsidies to individuals and families with low incomes in the affordable rental housing developments that we operate.
