We're hiring a hands-on Production Technician with inventory management responsibilities to join our assembly floor. This is a role for someone who's comfortable working with their hands on precision electro-mechanical assembly, while also keeping a close eye on stock levels, incoming materials, and outgoing shipments. Key Responsibilities Assemble RF antennas and related wireless components to spec (soldering, cabling, mechanical fitting, torque/QC checks) Read and work from BOMs, assembly drawings, and work instructions Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Receive, inspect, and stock incoming components; pick and stage materials for production runs Track stock levels and flag shortages or reorder needs to purchasing/production planning Package and prepare finished antennas for shipment (freight/carrier coordination) Support basic quality checks and testing (visual inspection, continuity, fit checks) Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant work area Requirements 2+ years in electro-mechanical or electronics assembly (RF/antenna experience a plus) Experience with inventory/stockroom management or ERP/inventory software Comfortable with hand tools, basic soldering, and reading technical drawings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Forklift certification a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Details Location: Kemptville, ON (on-site) Full-time, hourly
