Greet and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm Enjoy sales and talking to people. Help homeowners, contractors, and designers find the perfect tile for their project Offer design advice on colours, styles, and layouts Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to close sales Work with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports each other every day Qualifications The successful applicant will have the following attributes: A people person — upbeat, friendly, and always smiling Confident speaking with customers and building relationships Passionate about design and helping others bring their vision to life Organized, proactive, and love staying busy The kind of person who says “let’s make it happen!” rather than “that’s not my job” Sales experience - min 2 years. Additional Information Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
