What do you bring: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet financial objectives Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations Develop project plans that align with client goals and regularly communicate project progress and updates Liaise with internal teams, including engineers, supervisors, and mechanics, to ensure project requirements are met Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members Conduct weekly operation meetings and prepare minutes of discussions Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables Manage relationships to stay within budget constraints and uphold quality standards Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues Implement risk mitigation plans and monitor ongoing risk factors throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects comply with safety, elevator code, and quality standards Manage project documentation, including plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant documents Assist with submission of all relevant documentation to AHJ's in the area Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Implement strategies to keep projects on track and address any deviations from the plan Conduct post-mortems to identify areas for improvement Implement process improvements based on the evaluation to enhance future project execution Other duties as assigned What do you bring: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a construction environment Bachelor's degree in a related discipline Project Management Certification is preferred Proficient in MS Office Demonstrated problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues Strong time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action What we offer Total compensation range: $100,000 to $150,000 Company pension Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Bonus plans for all positions Wellness Program TK Elevator is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires at least five years of project management experience in a construction environment and a bachelor's degree in a related discipline; project management certification is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and demonstrate strong problem-solving, customer service, organizational, time-management, communication, adaptability, and data-analysis skills.
