TK Mining and Construction, owned by Tom Rannelli and Kevin Norberg, is a specialist service provider bridging the gap between resource modeling and construction. The company delivers engineering and operational services across all phases of the Project Cycle, converting resource models into construction ready designs, schedules and work packages that support pre feasibility, execution and on site delivery. Core capabilities include mine development and high speed lateral advance, shaft sinking and vertical infrastructure, complex underground construction (crusher stations, transfer bays, maintenance shops), and turnkey infrastructure and electrical installations. TK also provides shaft maintenance and rehabilitation, specialized grouting and water management, northern and remote site logistics, and targeted project improvement and consulting (including blast design and schedule acceleration).
