The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities : Work with and become proficient in a variety of enterprise technology from Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, HP, and many others ; Work with and be part of a talented global team, employing a Follow the Sun support model ; Bring your own experience to bear while contributing to or leading regional and global projects ; Assume responsibility in a gradual manner, fully supported by your teammates all the way. | What do we expect from you ? The minimum required skills necessary for this role : 5+ years of primary and expert level of experience around patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM ; Ability to troubleshoot the Windows Server Operating System and analysis during incidents ; Develop PowerShell scripts to automate, improve patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs ; Conceptual understanding on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP roles ; Documentation authoring experience. Is considered as an asset : SCCM Infrastructure management ; Transact-SQL ; Splunk ; ITIL Certification ; Microsoft SQL Server Reporting. | What can you expect from TMC ?
