The Bookkeeper / Accountant will manage financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping for the organization. This role involves maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting accounting functions to help sustain financial integrity and reporting accuracy. *Responsibilities* * Maintain and update financial ledgers * Reconcile bank and credit card statements * Process accounts payable and receivable * Prepare basic financial reports * Ensure accuracy of financial data entries * Assist with payroll processing * Support month-end and year-end closing activities *Preferred Qualifications* * 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping * Proficiency in QuickBooks *Language* * Chinese (Required) Pay: $52,000.00 per year Experience: * bookkeeping or accounting: 2 years (required) Language: * Chinese (required) Work Location: In person
