We are currently searching for an ambitious and highly motivated Logistics Assistant to support our Shipping/Receiving and Inventory departments Pay: CA$18.00-CA$23.00 per hour DUTIES * Support shipping and receiving operations in accordance with safety standards and company policies. * Assist with project inventory and kitting. * Support quarterly and annual inventory counts. * Coordinate with carriers to obtain pricing, arrange shipments, and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation. * Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions. * Handle, store, and pack parts, systems, and materials according to established procedures. * Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time customer deliveries. * Maintain shipping supplies. * Keep parts and supplies clean, organized, and properly stored. QUALIFICATIONS * Recent post-secondary graduate preferred. * Electronics industry experience is an asset. * Must be willing to travel to our U.S. office for training and support and hold a valid passport for U.S. travel. * Experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or a related field. * Comfortable using computers, automated business equipment, and related technology. * Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset. * Experience with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and material handling. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.
