Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled R&D Laboratory Supervisor to support the operation and continuous improvement of our Research & Development Laboratory. This role will coordinate laboratory testing activities, support new product development initiatives, and provide technical expertise across the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate assigned R&D laboratory activities and testing schedules to support business and project requirements. Provide day-to-day guidance, technical direction, and mentorship to R&D Lab team. Support management in developing laboratory capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives. Support employee training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Act as a technical resource for internal stakeholders and junior team members. Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics and testing activities. Support product development initiatives through testing, evaluation, and technical analysis. Provide technical support regarding product performance, testing standards, and investigation findings. Support root cause investigations related to product, fabrication, quality, and field performance issues. Support projects that improve testing capabilities, systems, processes, and technologies. Experience 5+ years of experience within the window, curtain wall, building envelope, or related manufacturing industry. Experience with product performance testing and applicable industry standards. Prior experience providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, or supervising small technical teams. Experience coordinating laboratory testing or product validation activities. Experience acting as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
