Job summary
We are looking for a Performance and Integration Lead to join our team! Oversee the implementation and optimization of mining technology solutions across assigned sites, acting as the primary customer contact. This role leads field technicians, manages site-level execution, and ensures performance targets are met through proactive support, training, and cross-functional coordination. Pay Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation $78,705.00 to $98,380.00 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available. Involve and collaborate with the Caterpillar System Engineering team during Field follow and NPI projects to verify hardware installations, system configurations, documentation and integrity of overall solution is aligned. * Serve as Site Performance Manager and primary point of contact with the customer. Escalate and collaborate with Caterpillar teams to resolve software issues and system defects through the case management system and regular meetings. Suggest and/or implement corrective actions; engaging with customer and service teams as necessary. * Manage customer communication funnel from the technical support team. * Mentor, coach, and train field technicians. Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify training opportunities and provide SME-level training, on-the-job training and other means of knowledge transfer to Toromont Teams (Mining Technology and branches) as well as customers * External Customers Scope of customer training requests with KAM involvement * Coordinate cross-functional efforts between underground/surface teams. Requirements
Requires 3 to 6 years of experience, including 2 to 4 years in a supervisory role. An educational background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or IT) is required, with P.Eng or PMP certifications considered an asset.
