Promote a safe, welcoming library environment by engaging customers, explaining and enforcing conduct rules, monitoring library spaces, and preventing or responding to incidents using trauma-informed de-escalation. Coordinate with library staff, security guards, police, and community service providers; support incident documentation, exclusion procedures, staff training, and sharing safety practices across the library system.

Implement, administer, and support assigned enterprise applications, including resolving incidents, maintaining systems, and delivering enhancements and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams on solution design, application roadmaps, testing, documentation, training, and operational continuity.
