The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) is a multi-stakeholder council that brings leadership together to create and champion solutions to better integrate skilled immigrants in the Toronto Region labour market. We help employers and immigrants find solutions. We connect companies to programs that can help them better recruit and retain immigrants; we develop and distribute learning tools and curriculum; and we help immigrants build their professional connections through mentoring and professional immigrant networks.

Lead TRIEC’s organizational operations, including finance, HR, IT, compliance, resource allocation, and risk management. Direct digital transformation, strategic planning, partnerships, fundraising support, and performance measurement while reporting to the CEO and board.

Lead TRIEC’s partnership development strategy and public-sector relationships, securing and operationalizing partnerships that connect employers and institutions with TRIEC programs. Manage and coach the partnerships team, drive revenue and funding opportunities, oversee partner engagement processes, and lead the Employer Advisory Committee.

Lead the full partnership cycle across engineering, advanced manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure, from prospecting and acquisition through engagement and long-term stewardship. Manage the PINs network, identify revenue and funding opportunities, maintain Salesforce pipeline records, recruit volunteer mentors, and represent TRIEC in partnership and thought-leadership activities.
