Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts. Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts. Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances. Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection. Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts. Qualifications: Minimum three(3) years experience handling 3rd party collection sProven experience in billing, collections, and/or customer service .Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively .Excellent written and verbal communication skills .Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities . Requirements : Must pass a thorough criminal background check and credit assessmen t.Availability to work evenings and Saturdays on a rotating schedul e.Reliable high-speed internet connectio n.Access to a device that can be compatible with DuoMobile App, required for secure communication s.
