Water Restoration Technician (Flood Tech) – Vernon, BC We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job, we’re looking for someone who wants to build a solid career in restoration. You’ll be: Leading water damage and emergency response jobs Setting up and managing drying systems Directing and supporting crew members on site Monitoring moisture, documentation, and job progress Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard Working directly with homeowners during stressful situations Some days are fast-paced and messy. Some are quieter. Candidates must possess a valid BC driver's license, be able to pass a criminal record check, and be comfortable with physical labor. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or labor is considered an asset.
