About the Role We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is focused on lead generation. If you are naturally curious, confident speaking with people and enjoy the thrill of “the hunt”, this role is for you. It doesn't hurt to have a thick skin and bounce back quickly from rejection, either! Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and prospect new customers through calls, emails, and online research Reach out to past and existing customers to uncover new opportunities Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects and opportunities in HubSpot Support the sales team with booking requests, order creation and customer follow up Handle inbound inquiries related to bookings, service changes and general questions Continuously seek new ways to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related role Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers A proactive “hunter” mindset with a willingness to learn Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools.
