Manage project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external contractors. Requires a degree in an engineering discipline or a Civil Engineering Technologist certification with at least 5-7 years of relevant project management experience. Must have strong knowledge of Alberta regulatory requirements and municipal procurement practices.
