Lead the library’s digital services, technology environment, integrated library system, public-facing platforms, data and analytics, and marketing and communications portfolio. Set strategic direction, oversee projects, systems, infrastructure, vendors and budgets, and lead staff while supporting complex technical issues and continuous service improvement.

Leads the Town’s digital transformation portfolio and the design, delivery, modernization, and lifecycle management of resident-facing and enterprise digital services, including websites, Salesforce and CRM, applications, APIs, integrations, and digital identity. Manages teams, budgets, vendors, accessibility, quality, security, adoption, and operational readiness while partnering with business areas and IT operations.
