This is a senior tax leadership role responsible for corporate, international, and regional tax matters within a complex, evolving business environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic tax guidance, manage compliance and risk, and partner with senior stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team responsible for corporate, international, and regional tax matters. Provide expert advice on tax legislation and complex business transactions. Oversee tax compliance, planning, reporting, audits, disputes, and controversies. Monitor tax policy and legislative changes and assess their business impact. Identify and manage tax risks while supporting effective risk management practices. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop practical, commercially sound tax strategies. Translate complex tax issues into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with strong expertise in tax advisory and compliance. Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience managing tax audits, disputes, and controversies across multiple jurisdictions. Strong understanding of business operations and commercial drivers. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence senior leaders and confidently navigate complex tax matters. Professional accounting or tax designation (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
