Job Overview TauRx Therapeutics is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive remote support. We have opportunities available for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. At TauRx, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. This role is crucial in supporting our senior team, enabling them to focus on pioneering treatments and addressing one of the world's greatest unmet medical needs. The successful candidate will be a master of multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a remote working environment. This is a fully remote position. The offered salary is $25 - $30 USD per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your primary duties will include: Managing diaries and organising meetings, appointments, and international calls across different time zones. Coordinating and booking complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy. Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, and handling enquiries professionally. Organising and minuting virtual meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and follow-up actions are tracked. Maintaining filing systems and databases, ensuring all information is kept confidential and is easily accessible. Liaising with internal staff, external clients, and key stakeholders on behalf of senior management. Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools. The ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision in a remote setting. A high degree of discretion and a proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. Experience within the pharmaceutical, research, or healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
