Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Logistics Administrator assists and supports our customers by ensuring that invoicing is completed quickly, accurately and efficiently. Preparing and processing delivery paperwork, including verifying customer payments and entering serial numbers for product during invoicing Completing exchanges by creating credit notes and transferring product within the warehouse Tracking product movement both within and between warehouse locations Assisting warehouse with customer pickups by preparing paperwork and invoicing sales orders upon completion Checking that returns or exchanges from the previous day’s deliveries has been received into the warehouse We hope you are passionate about... Working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate the delivery process Problem-solving and handling inter-departmental inquiries and concerns The experience we need...
