Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability. Establish an on-going prospecting system. Accurately process orders through systems, processing customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems. Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products. Supply specifications of products to any trades involved in the customer’s new home or renovation project. What you need to be successful: Prior sales experience Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Ability to work well with others. Basic computer skills Compensation: This is a commission-based role. As a commissioned Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with an average earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000. However, some of our top performing Sales Representatives earn $150,000+. What you’ll do
The Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting sales goals by providing expert product advice and maintaining a customer prospecting system. They also handle order processing, payment collection, and coordinate product specifications with trades for home renovations.
Requirements
Candidates should have prior sales experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.
