As our Charter Specialist, you will be a vital part of our success by connecting with clients, managing charter opportunities, and helping bring new ideas and solutions to life. This is a full time position with an immdiate opening! Your Role: Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests from start to finish Oversee reporting and assist with tracking charter performance and opportunities Research, prepare, and bid on new charter opportunities to help grow our business Support special projects and play an important role in the continued success of our Charter division Work closely with the Operations Manager to promote new charter opportunities and develop creative solutions for customer inquiries Help identify new opportunities by staying connected with local events, community gatherings, and regional activities Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to support the smooth operation of daily transportation services Your Profile: You are a motivated, professional, and engaging individual who enjoys building connections You have outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating positive client experiences You are highly organized and able to successfully balance phone inquiries, emails, and multiple priorities You have exceptional time management and problem-solving skills You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team You can provide a clean criminal record search You have strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) You are comfortable navigating and engaging on social media platforms Experience in the transportation industry is an asset You have strong geographic knowledge of Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas You are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (start and end times can be negotiated) Location: Our office is located at 499 Wabanaki Drive Kitchener ON. This position is 100% in office, remote work is not avaialble Hourly Rate: The rate for this position is $20.00/hour with full benefits after 3 months! The Charter Specialist is responsible for managing incoming charter requests from start to finish and building strong client relationships. They will research and bid on new opportunities while collaborating with the Operations Manager to grow the Charter division.

Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office. A clean criminal record search and strong geographic knowledge of the Kitchener/Waterloo area are required.
