Your Role The Vehicle and Equipment Technician is responsible for decontaminating and cleaning of medical transport equipment, quality control/detailing and bio-disinfection of stretcher transport units, bio-disinfection/detailing of stretchers and related transport equipment, inspecting equipment in a manner that ensures the overall cleanliness, safety, and quality of the equipment, maintaining complete records pertaining to the condition of equipment after performing an inspection. And providing general at base cleaning and minor maintenance as directed. Candidates need experience providing detailing or cleaning services, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. The role requires physical ability to handle equipment and work on foot throughout shifts, a valid full Class 5 license, willingness to obtain a Class 4F license, and eligibility to work in Canada; background checks and proof of COVID immunization are also required.
