Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements for this job are acquired through the completion of a university degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. Requires three (3) years of related experience in a project management environment, performing project coordination activities. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Solid working knowledge of the principles, theories, concepts and practices of project management Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Solid time management skills to balance and coordinate effort across multiple, concurrent activities Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders Solid verbal and written communication skills Solid technical skills in business and project management computer applications and databases PMP certification would be an asset Other Information The ideal candidate will have some experience supporting transportation, engineering, or civil infrastructure projects in a coordination role. Working closely with the Permitting Lead and Project Managers, they will help coordinate permits and approvals, maintain project trackers and records, follow up on actions, organize meetings, and support coordination with municipalities, utilities, consultants, and internal teams. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator, with good attention to detail and an interest in growing their experience in transportation project delivery. Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions. Work Schedule 37.5 hours per week. Work Designation Hybrid This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C. Rate of Pay The salary for this position ranges from $77,520 - $116,280 per annum. Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
