Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) is a subsidiary of the BC Transportation Finance Authority and has a mandate to deliver over $19.5 billion in major infrastructure on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation and Transit, including the Pattullo Bridge Replacement, the Broadway Subway Project, the Fraser River Tunnel Project and Steveston Interchange Project (components of the Highway 99 Tunnel Program), the Surrey Langley SkyTrain and the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project. The Government of B.C. repurposed TI Corp to become a major project governance and delivery organization that is governed by a Board of Directors. Lead enterprise communications strategy, issues and reputational risk management, government relations, and communications governance. Oversee executive communications and coordinated community engagement, while managing and developing staff, budgets, contracts, and external service providers.

Commercial and Contracts Manager

Manage the day-to-day commercial administration of the Project Agreement, including payment applications, changes, performance incentives, claims, and disputes. Prepare contractual correspondence and commercial analyses, maintain project trackers and records, and support continuous improvement and team training.

Scheduler/Senior Scheduler

Develop, integrate, and manage project schedules; verify construction progress through site visits and project records; and analyze critical paths, risks, delays, and productivity. Provide schedule updates and strategic recommendations, support construction claims and change orders, and report schedule performance to project teams and provincial stakeholders.
