Coordinate daily production activities, materials, inventory, and workflow while tracking assembly progress and ensuring orders meet safety, quality, and delivery requirements. Provide hands-on assembly support, coach and train a team of three technicians, operate warehouse equipment as needed, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with other departments.

You will participate in the design and development of aerodynamic accessories and auxiliary power units, including electrical systems and sensor integration. You will also be involved in setting up the necessary tools and procedures for product development and mechanical testing.
